St. Mary’s Multi-Unit Development Dayton, OH

St. Mary Development Corporation, working with development partners including G.F. Bailey Company, is expanding affordable senior housing in the Dayton area through new construction and rehabilitation projects. Efforts include redeveloping the historic Longfellow School into 54 apartments with 72 additional new units and renovating hundreds of affordable housing units throughout Montgomery County.
